At DawnWat, we are committed to providing high-quality backpacks that combine functionality with style. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a fair and simple return and exchange process. This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website: www.dawnwat.shop.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The backpack must be unusedunworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Please note that final sale itemscustomized backpacks, or products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.


2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, email centerteam@dawnwat.shop with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for your return
  • Whether you prefer a refund, store credit, or an exchange

Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.


3. Return Shipping

Unless your item was received damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. DawnWat is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost and ensure that the issue is resolved at no additional charge to you.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you need a different color, style, or size, we’re happy to assist with an exchange if the desired item is in stock. We’ll ship your replacement backpack once we’ve received and inspected the original item. If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging in your message to centerteam@dawnwat.shop.


7. International Orders

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please clearly mark the return package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
